Shout out  to Lala for supporting African designers , you might remember her rocking this skirt from Jewel by Lisa earlier last year. Can I also say I am so proud of the women of Virgos lounge, They are really doing big things.

VIRGOS LOUNGE NOW AVAILABLE AT TOPSHOP !!!!


The team of Virgos lounge  broke the news a few days ago that they will now be available at Topshop. This is certainly good news for any designer and also good news for the consumers who will be able to acquire their fave line in store. I have followed virgos lounge growth since the very beginning  I have to say they make my little heart melt every time they come up with a new collection. This is the 2012 S/S collection which will be available for sale on April 5th of their site and launched at Topshop's flagship store in Oxford Circus in London on the the 29th of April. ARISE FASHION WEEK (LAGOS) REVEALS LIST OF DESIGNERS

Arise fashion week lagos


I am so ready for another round of  Arise Fashion week  and I was very happy to receive the full list of the designers showing at the year fashion week . This year  77 designers from 6 continents will participate from March 6-11. 
The ARISE Magazine Fashion Week – Lagos 2012 fashion extravaganza will run for an extended period of SIX days from Tuesday 6th March to Sunday 11th March 2012 in THREE tents on the grounds of the luxurious 5-Star Federal Palace Hotel, Lagos, Nigeria.

Angela Simmons loves her Virgos  Lounge. She wore this beautiful  dress from the Virgos Lounge Resort Collection 2011/2012 yesterday at the Betsey Johnson Spring 2012 fashion show in NYC. If you remember back in January 2011 she also wore a one armed jumpsuit with sequin detail.By the way this  dress is still available here

spotted: Angela Simmoms in Virgos lounge

 Angela Simmons was spotted last night in London  wearing this One armed jumpsuit with sequin detail from Virgos Lounge. The designers of virgos lounge confirmed via twitter this last night. In case you are not familiar Virgos Lounge is an fabulous online vintage store by three young Nigerian women. You can check them out here
