Boxing Kitten by Maya Lake

Boxing Kitten uses African Fabric-ciaafrique
Josephine Baker from the Us is the creator and the designer behind Boxing Kitten. According to her website she started designing when she was 10 years old. Her designs tend to be more like vintage couture. The reason why I decided to feature Boxing kitten on Ciaafrique is because she is very talented and she only uses African fabrics ( Wax Hollandais) as we call it in west Africa. I like to show my support to African talents but also anybody that uses African materials.I think she should be an inspiration to all of the designers out there to use African Fabric because we do have some nice Prints. Her clothes are worn by stars like Eryka Badu, Christina Milian, Solange, Beyonce, Fergie, and DJ Rashida. Check out some of her work!!!!!!!!!
