As reported earlier this week  Solange knowles is the cover girl for Elle South Africa November issue. She graced the cover wearing pieces from Tart and Loin Cloth & Ashes. There is no celeb right now that knows how to mix and match prints more than my solo. The Thing I love about this editorial is that  everything she wore were made by local South African designers.
